Connect Hospitable to AnswerBnB.
Hospitable is the property management system AnswerBnB has verified end to end with a real account. You connect it with a Personal Access Token from your own Hospitable account. AnswerBnB then syncs properties, reservations, guests and calendar blocks, reads guest messages, and replies through Hospitable.
What AnswerBnB reads from Hospitable, and what it sends back

- Properties, so you can choose which to import
- Reservations and guest details, so each conversation is tied to a stay
- Calendar blocks, for availability questions
- Guest messages, including earlier conversations on a reservation
Sends to Hospitable
- Replies to guests, sent through Hospitable, when AI is on for the property
- Nothing else: AnswerBnB does not create or change reservations or take payments
How to connect Hospitable in five steps
1. Create a Personal Access Token in Hospitable
In your own Hospitable account, open Apps and then Access tokens, and create a Personal Access Token. This is self-service; AnswerBnB needs no partner approval from Hospitable for you to connect your own account.
2. Connect Hospitable in AnswerBnB
In AnswerBnB, open Integrations, choose Connect PMS, select Hospitable, and paste the token. AnswerBnB stores it encrypted and scoped to your organization.
3. Choose the properties to import
AnswerBnB discovers the properties in your Hospitable account and you choose which to import. Reservations, guests and calendar blocks then sync for those properties.
4. Optionally add the webhook URL in Hospitable
AnswerBnB gives you a webhook URL for the connection. Pasting it into Hospitable under Apps and then Webhooks lets new messages arrive immediately. Hospitable offers no way to register it through an API, so it is a manual step, and AnswerBnB also checks for new messages itself as a fallback.
5. Add knowledge, test, then turn AI on
Add each property's knowledge, test answers in AI Testing, and switch AI on property by property. AI stays off until you do.
What this integration does not do today
Limits, stated plainly
- The webhook URL is a manual paste in Hospitable, and Hospitable documents no signature for it
- Hospitable's API does not let AnswerBnB approve or pre-approve booking inquiries, so AnswerBnB does not do that for Hospitable
- Financial fields such as amounts due are not mapped yet
- AnswerBnB connects to Hospitable, not to Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com directly
