Every AnswerBnB conversation runs through the same seven-stage chain, in order — no step skipped, nothing answered from a vacuum.
Business systems and knowledge — property listings, reservation data, product catalogs, support histories — are connected as sources the platform can draw on.
Before anything is retrieved, the Context Resolution Engine identifies who and what a conversation is actually about: which organization, property, reservation, order, or ticket. Context determines where to look.
Only knowledge scoped to that resolved context is retrieved — never a blind search across every property or customer in the account. Retrieval determines what to look at.
Retrieved evidence is checked for relevance, source authority, and freshness. Conflicting sources are flagged rather than silently resolved.
The Safe Answer Layer chooses one of a small set of honest outcomes: answer, clarify, escalate, flag a conflict, or take an approved action. It is not optimized to always produce an answer.
Where a workflow has been explicitly approved and the AI's confidence and permissions support it, an action executes — within the boundaries it's been given, not beyond them.
Human corrections, escalations, and repeated unanswered questions feed back into the knowledge base, so the same gap doesn't recur.
